Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders will ship within 48 business hours.
Q. Can I return my subscription box?
A. Subscription boxes cannot be returned. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.
Q. Can I cancel my order at any time?
A. As much as we hate to see you go, you can cancel at any time, without penalties or hidden fees. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle.
*In order to manage your own cancellations is it necessary to register your account. You will be given this option immediately after ordering. Once registered you can manage your account by selecting Login at the top right of the options bar. Once you have logged in, you can follow the steps below to cancel or edit your account:
- Select Manage Subscriptions at the left of the page.
- Then select Subscriptions at the left of the page.
- Select Edit or Cancel at the right of the page to cancel or edit your order.

*Note: If you cancel after your subscription has renewed, you will receive one final box.
Q. What if I don't want a renewing subscription?
A. If you do not want your order to automatically renew please choose the Gift tab at the top of the page. Our gift subscriptions are a one-time subscription that will not renew. Our regular subscriptions will automatically renew according to the subscriptions you have selected, )Ie. Monthly, 3-month or 6-month).
Q. When will I be charged?
A. For month-to-month subscriptions, your card will be charged for your 1st box at the time of checkout. You will be re-billed automatically every thirty days thereafter. For 3 and 6 month subscriptions, you will be charged at checkout and your subscription will auto-renew every 90 days.
Q. What is the value of the items in my box?
A. The retail value of the items in your box will be at least $34.99. However, since the items in each box are thoughtfully curated to bring encouragement, hope, joy and uplifting, we believe the value in those things far outweighs the material items received.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with your box please notify us immediately and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. We typically don't accept returns but strive for each and every one of our subscribers to be happy.
