All subscription boxes ship on the 6th of each month.


Q. When will my order ship?

A. Subscription orders placed by the last day of the month will ship between the 4th and the 6th of the next month. Any orders placed after the last day of the month will ship the following month. Ie. An order placed on December 27 will ship on January 4. An order placed on January 2, will ship on February 4th. Gift, Previous Boxes and Jewelry will ship within two days unless otherwise specified. 

Q. Can I return my subscription box?

A. Subscription boxes cannot be returned.  If you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.  Our "Gift and Previous Boxes" as well as our "Tokens of Truth" Jewelry line can be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Return shipping is not provided.  Items must be returned in un-used condition and in their original packaging.  

Q. Can I cancel my order at any time?

A. As much as we hate to see you go, you can cancel at any time, without penalties or hidden fees. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle.  You can manage your account by clicking on Login.  

If you cancel on the 22nd of the month, after your subscription has renewed, that box will be your last one.  

Q. When will I be charged? 

A. For month-to-month subscriptions, your card will be charged for your 1st box at the time of checkout.  You will be re-billed automatically on the 22nd of each month.  For 3 and 6 month subscriptions, you will be charged at checkout and your subscription will auto-renew on the 22nd of the last month of your subscription. 

A. Yes, we keep some of our most popular boxes and gifts in stock.  Please check out our Gift and Previous Boxes to see what's available. If you're looking for a particular item that's sold out, please use the form on our Contact Us page and let us know which box you are interested in. 

Q. What is the value of the items in my box?

A. The retail value of the items in your box will be at least $34.99. However, since the items in each box are thoughtfully curated to bring encouragement, hope, joy and uplifting, we believe the value in those things far outweighs the material items received. 

Q. Can you customize a box for me?

A. We are happy to do our best to accommodate special circumstances or occasions by customizing our boxes. Just use the contact page to reach out and ask for what you need. We will get back to you shortly. We will also, custom create orders of 25 boxes or more.
